Our day of services, does not mean just the day of, we will help you out a little bit, each step of the way.

Event Timeline
An event timeline will be created for you to make sure you do not miss anything! Is your venue booked? Are you vendors booked? Is your menu set? Did you send your invites? This will help you stay on track, every step of the way.
Communication
As the event nears, we will communicate with your vendors and distribute timelines for all parties involved and ensure everyone knows where to be and when. This will also include check-ins with clients to review event timeline.
Day of Needs
We will be there from set up to break down, to make sure your event flows seamlessly and you do not have to stress about anything. You should be able to sit back and relax, we’ll handle making sure food gets on out time and presents are opened!
Getting Started…
We’ll begin with an initial meeting to get to know each other, discuss the details of your event, and go over your budget. I’ll ask plenty of questions to fully understand your vision and determine the level of assistance you need. Once I have all the event details, I’ll be able to assess how many additional meetings may be necessary. That said, you’re always welcome to reach out with any questions in between meetings.
Our pricing is based on the size and complexity of your event, as well as any additional services needed beyond the basic package. If interested in a day of coordinator, please contact us for a quote.
